The Board of Directors of The Boulder Forest Community Association is providing you with this notice
of the upcoming 2024 Annual Meeting.
The meeting will take place via Zoom, and you must pre-register using the following

The purpose of this meeting is to provide an overview of the previous year’s activity, and to announce Board members that are running for the board The Vice President position is currently vacant, and the President, Secretary, and Treasurer positions are up for re-election. If you are interested in running for the Board, please send a short biography about yourself and your qualifications using the attached form to be added to the nominations and send it to Rflynt@beaconmanagementservices.com.

1. Confirm candidates with submitted applications by the candidacy deadline of November
18,2024
2. Confirm qualifications of candidates
VII. Election of 2024 Board Members, Five (5)
1. Announcement of Board Members- Results provided based on returned ballots.
*If quorum (50 ballots returned) is met*
VIII. Adjourn
Candidate nomination forms are now being accepted for 2025. The Vice President position is currently vacant, and the President, Secretary, and Treasurer positions are up for re-election. You may nominate yourself or someone else that you believe would be a great fit to serve your community. Simply complete the attached Candidate Nomination Form and return it to Beacon Management Services at: Rflynt@beaconmanagenentservices.com or upload into the Beacon portal. Nomination forms must be returned by Friday, November 14, 2024. Once the nomination period has ended, you will receive a Ballot to be able to cast your vote for nominees ahead of the annual meeting to be submitted by November 18, 2024.
